Jewelry and Handcrafted Art: Legacy Creations
Carry what matters with you.
Custom, artisanal keepsakes that transform memory into something tangible.
A piece may begin with heirloom jewelry, beads, small personal objects or elements connected to a person, place, relationship, or season of life.
Pieces are not meant to replace what has been lost. They are made to hold what remains.
What Legacy Creations Offers
Legacy Creations offers one-of-a-kind memorial jewelry, keepsakes, and ritual objects that incorporate meaningful materials such as heirlooms, botanicals, fabric, handwriting, photographs, or elements from a loved one’s belongings.
Pieces may be wearable, displayable, functional, ceremonial, or simply held. Some are created as custom commissions. Others are already made and available for purchase through the Shop.
Custom Commissions & Available Pieces
Some Legacy Creations begin with a specific person, story, object, or material. These custom pieces are made in conversation with you and may incorporate belongings, botanicals, heirlooms, , handwriting, fabric, photographs, or other meaningful elements.
A custom commission may be right for you if you have something you want transformed, preserved, carried, gifted, or held in a new way.
Other pieces are created before they have a specific home. These available pieces may speak to grief, memory, transition, protection, continuity, or remembrance in a more universal way. They can be purchased through the Shop as they become available.
Some available pieces are made with stone, glass, and gathered materials connected to the early history of Legacy Woven itself, and carry the organization’s larger attention to loss, memory, resilience, transformation, repair, and what remains.
Whether commissioned or already made, each piece is created with care, attention, and respect for the material it holds.
The Custom Commission Process
Custom work begins with a conversation. You do not need to know exactly what the finished piece should look like before reaching out.
We can begin with the material, the person, the story, the feeling, or the purpose of the piece. From there, we will talk through what is possible, what should be preserved, what form the piece might take, and how the materials can be handled with care.
Memory can be carried, held, word, and honored.
