Legacy Woven is grounded in lived experience and shaped by the realities most people are never prepared for.

I do this work to bring clarity, steadiness, and care to moments that often feel overwhelming, before, during and after loss.

Our Origin

Legacy Woven was born from the founder's lived experience of profound loss—losing her mother, sister, and later, her husband—and the quiet, powerful transformation that followed. This experience brought a deep understanding of how loss reshapes us, revealing an invitation to transform, remember, and honor. It is the intertwining of two paths: service and creation, forming a single thread of meaning, remembrance, and renewal.

  • Service: Inspired by the guidance the founder longed for, Legacy Woven provides compassionate, practical, and reverent support. From nonlegal preplanning to post-death logistics and grief navigation, we walk alongside those facing life’s sacred thresholds with steadiness, grace, and intention. Every interaction embodies transformation, authenticity, story, legacy, and clarity in the midst of chaos..

  • Creation: In grief’s stillness, the founder began gathering fragments—worn glass, weathered stone—and shaping them into new forms of beauty. This work celebrates imperfection, resilience, and reverence, transforming fragments into tangible expressions of memory, grief, and love.

Legacy Woven harmonizes these two expressions: one offers practical and emotional support, the other tangible beauty from what remains. Both arise from the same truth: every life, every loss, every story deserves to be honored. Our work is not about fixing what is broken—it is a practice of presence, compassion, and care, woven into every conversation, creation, and service.

Our Philosophy of Service

At Legacy Woven, we believe that an end-of-life journey is transformational—nonlinear, evolving, and deeply personal, one that holds both emotional and practical realities.

We do not separate the human experience of grief from the logistics that surround it. Both are present, and both deserve care.

Our work is grounded in bringing structure to what can feel overwhelming, while honoring the stories, relationships, and meaning that shape a person’s legacy. We approach each client and family with steadiness, intention, and respect, helping them navigate complex decisions without losing sight of what matters most.

We believe that preparation is an act of care, and that no one should have to manage the realities of death alone—especially while grieving.

Through our work, we aim to support not just what needs to be done, but how it is experienced—creating space for clarity, connection, and a more meaningful relationship with what is left behind.

Our Values

Legacy Woven is guided by five core values:

Transformation: We honor that death, grief, and legacy are processes of change. We support people through the unknown with steadiness and intention, allowing space for loss to shape what comes next—messy, meaningful, and real.

Authenticity: We value what is real over what is perfect. We honor the unpolished, the honest, and the lived experience—recognizing that every scar and flaw reflects survival, character, and truth.

Story & Legacy: We believe every life carries a story worth preserving. We honor memory, history, and identity, helping people connect what has been to what carries forward.

Compassionate Presence: We meet people with care, respect, and attention. We hold space for both the emotional and practical realities of their experience, supporting them with steadiness and without judgment.

Clarity in Complexity: We bring structure to overwhelming situations. We help make the unclear manageable, guiding people through decisions, logistics, and next steps with transparency and care.

No One Should Manage Death Alone.
